Each signature Gussy ruffle is unique in that it is sewn freehand. Please note the fabric design, your ruffle, and ruffle placement may vary from the listing photo in order to coordinate with the print on the fabric.

WINNING A GIVEAWAY // GUSSY GIFT CERTIFICATES

Items purchased from the winnings of a Gussy Sews shop credit giveaway will ship around 2 weeks after the winner has selected his/her item. Baby blankets are excluded from won shop credit.

Shipping charges may be included in the won shop credit as long as the product(s) price and shipping charge(s) do not exceed the won shop credit amount. Please use as much of your won shop credit as possible because any balance left over is forfeited.

If the product and shipping combined exceed the won shop credit, a PayPal invoice will be issued for the difference. The invoice must be paid before the giveaway item(s) ship.

*Discount codes are not valid on the purchase of baby blankets or gift certificates. Discount codes are not valid when making a purchase using a gift certificate.

All Gussy orders are limited to ONE promotion {unless otherwise stated}. Discount codes take precedence over additional sales and/or promotions. We appreciate your understanding.


SHIPPING

All items are ready-to-ship with the exception of all tote bags and MacBook sleeves. All ready-to-ship items will ship within 3 business days via USPS; all made-to-order items {totes and MacBook sleeves} take approximately 2 weeks to ship. Thank you in advance for your patience with this. When your order ships you'll receive an email confirmation, along with complimentary tracking information. We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you live outside the U.S., please contact my project coordinator, Cambria, for a shipping quote: cambria@gussysews.com

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If an item arrives damaged and you've purchased shipping insurance, I'm happy to work with you on your order. Please understand that once I take your package to the Post Office your package is out of my hands, literally.

All sales are final. Any returns/exchanges are approved based on my discretion.


GIFT WRAPPING

Each Gussy order comes wrapped in clear packaging and sealed with a darling sticker. Please write a note in the "message to seller" section at PayPal checkout if we should exclude the order invoice.


CLEANING YOUR ITEMS

All zipped items + tote bags may be machine washed in a wash bag in cold water. Please transfer the wash bag to the dryer and dry on low heat. Lightly steam/iron on the "cotton" setting if need be.

All headbands + camera strap slipcovers should be spot cleaned with a gentle soap, such as Ivory. Do not place these items in the washing machine.
